The Zoom schedules will contain a link to the Zoom classes. In addition to the faculty who will be instructing each class.
1. Joining Class –
AiDA will open the session about 10 minutes before the start of class so that students can log in and test their set up prior to the start of class. The instructor will let each student into the class from the waiting room after taking attendance.
2. Properly identifying yourself–
Please ensure that the student’s name appears on the account so that our faculty knows who is attending class.
3. Use of Video –
AiDA’s instructors interact with their students, so it’s imperative that they can see their students through their video to offer corrections and praise.
4. Weak Internet Connection –
If for some reason your internet connection becomes weak or unstable, we recommend leaving the session. Please try to re-joining, when connected the instructor will re-admit you.
